How to place an order:

Whirlpool Web World is our business-to-business web portal that contains our Partner Store online order management system. This "real-time" order management application was created specifically for our Trade Partners to make doing business with Whirlpool Corporation simple and efficient. And, because you can access the system virtually 24 hours a day, every day, it's available when you're ready, not just during normal business hours.

Register for Whirlpool Web World and Partner Store access by clicking on the Whirlpool Web World link under the Targeted Services area. Fill out the registration form under "New Users Register" and submit. Within 72 business hours you will receive a userid and password and you'll be ready to go!

Whirlpool Web World and Partner Store help you manage your business by providing the ability to:

  • Place an order
  • Check product availability and pricing
  • Check order status
  • Access and download your price sheets
  • Review account information: Invoices, Credits, Proof of Delivery, Submit Claims, Product Deliveries and more
  • Create customized color brochures
  • Browse and order our Special Discounts
  • Create and download business reporting

If you need to change or cancel an order, you can contact an order representative at 800-952-2537.

How to contact your account manager

You can leave a message for your account manager by dialing 800-446-2574. You will be asked to enter their extension. If you don't know your account manager's extension you can choose to be routed to Whirlpool's operator who can transfer your call.
